Tunde Badejo a distinguished IT strategist and entrepreneur with over 36 years of international experience spanning software engineering, database design, and business development serves as the Non-Exceutive Chairman of Constellation. A First Class Mathematics graduate from Chicago State University, Mr. Badejo began his career with Allstate Insurance and Oracle Corporation in the United States before co-founding Soft Alliance and Resources Inc. in Atlanta in 1991.
In 2004, he successfully expanded his vision to Nigeria by establishing Soft Alliance and Resources Limited, where he led the landmark Global Computerization Project for the Lagos State Government. Beyond his leadership as Managing Director/CEO of Soft Alliance, he serves on the boards of several major Nigerian corporations and remains a committed member of various social and environmental organizations. He currently brings his extensive technical and strategic expertise to Constellation Holdings as its Non-Executive Chairman.

Whether navigating the intricacies of the US property market or scaling agricultural yield in Nigeria, Adeolu applies a rigorous, economics-backed framework to ensure every venture is both high-impact and sustainably financed. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Maryland, blending analytical precision with a proven track record of cross-continental execution.

Adeleke is an expert technology strategist with over a decade of experience in global digital transformation. As a Senior Telco Solutions Architect at AWS, he guides global providers through 5G and cloud-native innovation. His previous tenure at Ericsson spanned three continents, where he spearheaded landmark projects including West Africa’s first LTE deployment.
Adeleke translates high-level strategy into operational results across Nigeria and the US. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a First-Class degree in Computer Engineering, complemented by elite certifications including CCIE and AWS Solutions Architect.

With a formidable background in top-tier consultancy—including extensive project management experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and Navigant Consulting—he excels at navigating complex regulatory environments and operational hurdles. Lanre holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Analysis from the University of North Texas. This academic foundation combines a deep understanding of market macro-dynamics with specialized expertise in property valuation and investment strategy. Lanre is a a dual-certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) enabling him to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery.
